While the community (rightly) celebrates the tremendous growth of WordPress as a platform, there’s a significant disconnect between what community members know about WordPress and what folks outside the community know. <\/p>\n

Getting outside the WordPress bubble – by participating meaningfully in other conferences, conversations, and communities – helps bring new ideas into our community and also helps us bring WordPress into new contexts. <\/p>\n
