WordCamp Philly 2017 was a tremendous success. We exceeded our expectations for attendance – more than 380 tickets! As organizers, we are delighted with how smoothly the conference ran.
As our local WordPress conference winds down, we want to thank the 33 speakers who shared their knowledge, skills, and experience. We’ve received so much positive feedback on the range and quality of talks. We appreciate how much time and energy goes into preparing those talks. On behalf of the entire WordPress community, thank you!
No WordCamp would run smoothly without the generous contributions of the 35 volunteers who worked to check people into the conference, hand out swag, stickers, and badges, record all the talks, provide tech support at the Happiness Bar and more. We’re so grateful for the gift of their time and talent to our community.
Thank you to each and every speaker and volunteer!
We hope all of you, our speakers and volunteers, can now put your feet up and relax a bit. We’ll see you again for WordCamp Philly 2018!
Saturday was my first Word Camp and I really enjoyed all the seminars I attended. I’ve been using WordPress for about a year and learned a lot about what I don’t know. Thanks for putting on such a terrific conference.
Hi Paula –
How wonderful! The entire organizing team is thrilled that you found such value at WordCamp Philly. That it was your first WordCamp is all the more wonderful for us. So glad you joined us!
Thanks,

As a WordPress newbie (1+ year), I gained more than a few solid insights from the “101” series of sessions. The opportunity for interaction with other users was also quite enlightening.
