Eileen Violini, Ebonie Butler and Chris Diehl are joining the WordCamp Philly 2017 organizing team, bringing their unique talents to the group. Welcome!
Three times as many potential new members submitted applications to WordCamp Philly as the team could take on board.
Eileen Violini is a front-end designer and content strategist specializing in helping non-profits and startups create websites and integrated digital strategies that make an impact. She’s an active member in the WordPress Marketing Team and was a contributor on the first WordPress marketing piece “WP Reasons.” She’s also active in several WP Meetups including Philly ‘Burbs, Philly WordPress, and WP Reading and loves to help new users get started in WordPress.
Ebonie Butler is a software test engineer, freelance web developer and WKDU Radio DJ. She is a recent addition to the Philly WordPress Meetup, where she has already organized an informal “WordPress & Coffee” get-together and plans to organize more in the future.
Chris Diehl loves learning about page-speed optimization, building simple themes from the ground up and helping beginners with the initial hurdles found in developing with WordPress. When he isn’t outdoors experiencing the great City of Brotherly Love, he can be found indoors sipping coffee and exploring the depths of WordPress development.
The WordCamp Philly team is grateful to all the applicants who volunteered their time and talents to the event and hopes to see them involved in some capacity. There are still many opportunities to contribute to WordCamp’s success as a volunteer, a speaker or a sponsor.
