Which Ticket Should I Get?

For past WordCamp Phillies (great team name, don’t you think?), there were two ticket choices — if you don’t count the Individual Sponsor or Business Microsponsor tickets. You could get a ticket for the Saturday events for $20 or a ticket for both the Saturday and Sunday — that is, Contributor Day — events for $30.

In all likelihood, some attendees were scratching their heads trying to decide which to buy. Go for the Saturday-Sunday ticket, even though they weren’t sure they’d actually attend Contributor Day? Or just get the Saturday ticket and risk missing out if they really wanted to go to Contributor Day after all?

Problem solved! This year, there’s only one ticket, and it will get you access to all of the WordCamp Philly goodness. Continue reading “Which Ticket Should I Get?”

The Call for Speakers is Now Open!

word cloud of WordPress-related terms
WordCamp Philly is now looking for speakers! It’s your expertise and willingness to share your WordPress stories that makes our event a success. This is your opportunity to shine.

For 2018, WordCamp Philly has adopted a few themes we feel are uniquely Philadelphian. This year, we’re focused on Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection,  and Independence, as we recognize Philly as a City of Firsts. In sharing these themes, we see an opportunity for our local WordPress community to deepen the sense of belonging that many of us already feel, and to broaden the scope of people who feel invited to and welcomed by our community.
