William Jackson graduated from South Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and earned a master’d degree in teaching from Webster University with a focus on educational technology, social media and STEM. He has worked for NASA as an internet and technology instructor, as a technology consultant with the Florida Department of Education, and currently is a professor at Edward Waters College. He has worked in the education field for more than 25 years. He is also a blogger and social media consultant, and frequently speaks on bullying, cyberbullying, and internet safety.
