Under Tracy&#8217;s and Mia&#8217;s leadership,\u00a0YIKES has earned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcorporation.net\/what-are-b-corps\">B Corporation Certification<\/a>. YIKES is a certified LGBTBE by the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and a certified WBE by the Women\u2019s Business Enterprise National Council.<\/p>\n<p>As a web agency, YIKES both designs and develops websites, and has a range of <a href=\"https:\/\/yikesplugins.com\/\">popular WordPress plugins<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy has long spearheaded Philadelphia-area efforts to grow inclusion within the local tech community. In the past few years, her efforts and work have garnered notable attention at a national level and beyond.\u00a0Tracy has delivered diversity-focused presentations at <a href=\"https:\/\/2017.us.wordcamp.org\/speaker\/tracy-levesque\/\">WordCamp US<\/a> and for WordPress VIP&#8217;s clients.<\/p>\n<p>A huge fan of television, Tracy co-founded LezWatch.TV which asserts itself as\u00a0the <a href=\"https:\/\/lezwatchtv.com\/\">Greatest Database of Queer Female, Non-Binary, &amp; Transgender TV<\/a>.
