WordCamp Philly will be back in 2019, and soon we’ll be seeking more great speakers, volunteers and sponsors to create another memorable event for the WordPress community. But first, we’re kicking off our planning with an invitation to each of you to apply for a spot on our organizing team.

Farewell for Now. See You at the Next One?
As we wrap up WordCamp Philly 2018 Contributor Day and say farewell to the weekend, we want to express our appreciation to all the folks who registered and braved the weather and travel conditions to join us at the University of the Sciences. You’re the reason we do this. You’re the best. Thank you.
All of us on the organizing team hope you found the weekend educational and rewarding. We also hope you’ll join us again for the next WordCamp Philly!
Coming Full Circle: Celebrating Philly’s Murals
We launched the WordCamp Philly 2018 website back in April with a look at the city’s amazing murals that contributed to the design of the site. Appropriately, we’re coming to the end of our event weekend as Philly approaches the end of Mural Arts Month — another celebration of community.

We Plan to Post Videos of the Talks … Eventually
We recorded each of the talks for WordCamp Philly 2018 this weekend, and we plan to make them available online at WordPress TV as soon as possible. When will that be? We don’t know exactly. Depending on video format, quality and various other factors, it may be early in 2019. There were other WordCamps this weekend alone in Manchester, England; Utrecht, The Netherlands; Bucharest, Romania; Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; and Kigali, Rwanda.
We’ll retweet them when they are posted. Meanwhile, check out the videos from other #WordPress events at https://wordpress.tv/
Speaker Slides!
As we get the slides from today’s talks, we’ll post links for you:
